We are Tallahassee's First and Oldest Independent, Fundamental Baptist Church. Our church started on the first Sunday in April in 1941.

If you are looking for a church with a warm family atmosphere, then you will want to visit Gospel Light Baptist Church. The purpose of our church is to evangelize the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to edify the Christian to live a victorious life, and to equip the church to serve God in this generation.

We as a church family teach and train people from the Word of God, the Bible. The Bible is a very practical book for our generation. It teaches us how to be happy and victorious in life and teaches us how to go to heaven when we die.
